The waterfront home features two bedrooms, two bath, 2nd floor laundry, open floor plan kitchen, dining, living area, woodstove, deck, large dock (Memorial Day until Labor Day), canoe, kayaks (2), row boat.

The home also includes a well-equipped kitchen on the main level with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, stove and refrigerator. There is a eat at counter in the kitchen with three chairs, a dining room table with four chairs, an extra table leaf and two folding chairs. The deck overlooks the lake and there is access from the living room. Outside is a front grassy lawn with a gas grill and in the back, a small lawn, and a dock with a ladder to access the water. All guests swim at their own risk.
